Dr. Stacia (affectionately known as Dr. Stay) is a spirit and soul care strategist whose passion is to see people and entities healed and operating at their highest level of proficiency. She has worked as a professionally trained psychotherapist for over 15 years with a variety of populations in diverse settings yet specializing in the psycho-spiritual care of survivors of abusive relationships, leaders, and organizational systems. She has been employed in both clinical and senior level administrative capacities where she has been able to utilize her professional skills for counseling, team building, program implementation and evaluation, developing organizational racial justice initiatives, clinical supervision/consultation, as well as leadership development and self-care. She is a passionate speaker who has facilitated a number of conferences/workshops surrounding male and female issues, mental health and self-care, spiritual growth, racial equity, and leadership development. She operates from a psycho-spiritual wellness model that teaches individuals, teams, and organizations how to recognize the historical underpinnings that have shaped unhealthy internal cultures, reframe cognitive constructs, revitalize emotional health, resist oppressive systems that impede growth and harmony, and restore broken barriers to safe environments by using practical methods to help others return to a state of wellness and proficiency.

Dr. Stacia, a native of Wilmington, Delaware, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Delaware State University. She achieved a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling and a Master of Divinity degree in Bible and Theology from the Alliance Theological Seminary. Dr. Stacia culminated her academic tenure by obtaining a Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree from California Southern University. Dr. Stacia currently holds a license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She continues to sharpen her God-given skills through prayer, research, and networking as a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

Dr. Stacia currently serves as an ordained Elder at Bethel Highway Church of Christ under the pastoral leadership of Overseer Bryant Knight in Philadelphia, PA. Through rigorous training and divine relationship, God has dually credentialed Stacia to minister to and impact both the soul and the spirit of others. Dr. Stacia is the Founder and CVO (Chief Visionary Officer) of Darar Enterprises, LLC which is faith-based organization (inclusive of two subsidiaries) that provides counseling and consultation services designed to cater to the psycho-spiritual needs of individuals, teams, and organizations as well as equip them with tools for personal ingenuity, spiritual growth, and leadership development.

Dr. Stacia is happily married to Andre Wilkins and currently resides in Pennsylvania. Her life motto is based on 2 Timothy 1:7- God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. So, then, whatever your hands find to do, do it with all of your might, a level head, and a lot of love as unto God. Then, you will have learned the art of living!
